I started my Essential Oil journey for my mom but I continue on this journey for my kids. The more I learn the more I realize just how important it is. I have always been careful with my kids and I bought the good stuff for them. You know, the brand the hospitals use, because that was their business taking care of babies, I always sprayed perfume on their clothes only. Washed their clothes in baby specific laundry soap. Well as careful as I was being I was making huge mistakes.
I have learned so much about the harmful chemicals and fragrances that are in all of those products. Lawsuits are coming out against those corporations because they were making products that were harmful. Most of us are ok but if I can change anything for the better for my kids I will. I want to say it was a simple change, but it has been work. Changing mostly our bad habits and our perceptions has been the hardest.
I have learned so much and feel very comfortable using Essential Oils with my kids but not everyone does. Calmer (Purple)- This blend of relaxing oils helps to promote a sense of calm and support good sleep. Roll this oil on before bed or at times when its just a little too much energy in the house.
Rescuer (Blue)- This is a blend of oils that will help support their little bodies as they have growing pains, and achy muscles from getting back into PE class and recess time.
